Add a new job to the My Jobs module Web version of Moving Boards USA

The "My Jobs" module in the MovingBoardsUSA system is a powerful tool that allows movers to find freight to transport. To add a new job to the Moving Boards USA system, users can go to the "My Jobs" section of the dashboard and click on the "Add New Job" button. After that, they will be prompted to fill in the relevant job details, such as title, description, location, and any other necessary information. After filling in all the required fields, users can post the job and it will be seen by other users of the platform who are looking for transportation jobs. To use the add, just follow the steps below:
Start by logging into your account on the MovingBoardsUSA website.
Click the "My Jobs" tab at the top of the page.
You will see a table with various columns of information about the cargo, including its location, destination, status, etc.
You can use the filtering options to narrow down the results to show only those shipments that match your criteria. For example, you can filter by task status or by the master assigned to the task.
You can also use the search bar to find a specific job by its number.
Once you have found the cargo you are interested in, you can click on the "Calendar" button to add it to your calendar or use the "Book TXT" button to book it via SMS.
Finally, if you don't see any jobs that match your needs, you can click the "All Jobs" button to see all the jobs available in the MovingBoardsUSA system.
To add a new transportation job as a My Jobs user-manager in the MovingBoardsUSA system, follow these steps:
Log in to your account at https://www.movingboardsusa.com/ and go to the My Jobs module.
Click on the "+ Add Job" button, and you will be taken to the "New Job" form.
Fill in the required fields in the Data section, which include Job #, Status, Company, Customer, Customer Phone, Customer Mail, From Warehouse, Estimated Volume Cf, Pad, Sticker, FADD, Balance, Cost Cf Delivery, Trip, Foreman, and Note.
In the "From" and "To" sections, enter the necessary information, such as pickup and delivery addresses, cities, and zip codes.
Enter your payment information, including the pickup fee, shipping balance, and any additional charges.
Upload all necessary electronic papers or documents.
Click the Save button to save the job information or the Close button to cancel and return to the My Jobs module.
Your newly added job will appear in the My Jobs module, and you can manage it from there.
Remember to check all information before saving to ensure accuracy and avoid any problems during transportation.

In the DETAILS section, enter the task number, status, company, client name, phone number, and email address.
In the "From and to" section, enter the zip codes, states, cities, and streets for both the origin and destination of the job.
Enter the date of the move and the date window for the task in the appropriate fields.
In the Payments section, enter the pickup fee, delivery balance, and any costs related to materials, tolls/gas, labor, warehouse, truck, or reservations.
In the "Electronic workflow" section, enter the mileage, estimated volume in pounds, estimated rate, base estimated price, fuel percentage, fuel surcharge, mandatory assessment fee, total moving estimate, customer payment, estimate, vehicle, type, and responsible party.
Fill in any additional information in the remaining fields, for example, from warehouse, estimated volume, pad, sticker, FADD, balance, shipping cost, trip, foreman, and note.
Click the Save button to save the job and add it to your job list. Or click the Close button to close the job and return to the My Jobs page.

The "New Job" form in the MovingBoardsUSA system includes the following fields:
DATA: Job number, status, company, customer name, phone number, email, from warehouse, estimated volume, pad, sticker, FADD, balance, delivery cost, trip, foreman, and note.
From and to: From and to zip codes, states, cities, and streets, as well as the date of the move and the window for the move.

Electronic document management: Miles, estimated volume in pounds, estimated rate, base price, fuel percentage, fuel surcharge, mandatory estimate fee, total move estimate, customer payment, estimate, vehicle, type, and responsible.
Buttons: Save and Close.

DATA
Task #: This is a unique identifier for the task you are adding.
Status: Use this field to indicate the current status of a task, such as whether it is new, in progress, or completed.
Company: This is the name of the company that is responsible for performing the work.
Customer: This is the name of the customer requesting the work.
Customer phone number: This is the phone number of the customer requesting the job.
Customer mail: This is the email address of the customer who is submitting the job request.
From the warehouse: This is the name of the warehouse or location where the goods will be picked up.
Estimated volume of Cd: Use this field to enter the estimated volume of the items to be transported.
Padding: This field is used to indicate whether padding is required for the items being shipped.
Sticker: This field is used to indicate whether you want to apply stickers to the goods being shipped.
FADD: This is the address where things will be picked up.
Balance: This is the balance that needs to be paid for the work.
Cost with delivery: This field is used to enter the cost of the job.
Trip: This is the name of a work-related trip.
Foreman: This is the name of the foreman who will oversee the work.
Notes: Use this field to enter any additional notes or comments about the work.
From and to
From Zip: This is the zip code of the place where you pick up the goods.
To Zip: This is the zip code of the place where the goods are delivered.
State: This is the state in which the location from which you are picking up the goods is located.
State: This is the state to which the shipments are delivered.
From the city: This is the city from which the goods are picked up.
To the city: This is the city where the goods are delivered.
From the street: The street address of the place where the goods will be picked up.
Street address: This is the street address of the location where the package is delivered.
Move date: This is the date when the items are moved.
Date window: This is the time period during which the items will be moved.
Payments
Payment for pickup: This is the amount of money that will be paid for the pickup of goods.
Delivery balance: This is the balance that must be paid for the delivery of goods.
Expenses: These are the general costs associated with the job.
Materials: This is the cost of materials that will be used during the work.
Tolls/Gas: This is the cost of tolls and gas that will be used during the work.
Labor: This is the cost of labor associated with a job.
Warehouse: the cost of the warehouse where the goods will be stored.
Truck: This is the cost of the truck that will be used to transport the goods.
Reservation: This is the amount of money that will be charged for booking a job.
Electronic document management
Miles: This is the number of miles that will be traveled during operation.
Estimated volume in pounds: This is the estimated weight of the items being shipped.
Estimated rate: This is the estimated cost of the work.
Basic estimate: This is the basic estimated price for the job.
Fuel %: the percentage of the expected price that is related to fuel costs.
Fuel surcharge: a fee for the fuel surcharge, if applicable.
Compulsory appraisal fee: the fee for a compulsory appraisal, if applicable.
Total moving estimate: the total estimated cost of moving.
Customer payment: a payment to be made by a customer.
Estimate: the type of estimate, whether binding or non-binding.
Ts: transportation specialist responsible for the move.
Type: type of move, residential or commercial.
Responsible: the person responsible for overseeing the move.
