The Moving Boards USA system is aimed at collecting and processing information for transportation and brokers. It is an automated and flexible system for managing automobile moves. Moving Boards USA is a suite of solutions for moving companies and movers in the USA. An easy way to organize all your brokers and connections with other companies in one application. The application provides flexible access to the automation of Moving Estimates from brokers that come to the company's email and are automatically entered into the system according to certain criteria (moving time, moving window, size, price, etc.). Based on this data, a calendar event is automatically created and synchronized with Google Calendar. To the entered estimate with the filled in data, you can add separate contracts, the person responsible for this work, and other additional parameters, and information about this work (Job). A unique combination of Truck Post (information about the location of the vehicle on the road), contracts and moving companies with operators, notifications to the channel and messengers. The main essence of the system is to consolidate all the work from brokerage boards into one with the ability to sort and filter. This allows you to create an end-to-end workspace with all the features of the moving and transportation process.
