All-PICKUPS Collector module (Google Sheets)

The spreadsheet module in the Moving Boards USA web application is a tool that allows users to view and filter available movers and brokers. It is an automated and flexible automotive moving management system. Moving Boards USA is a suite of solutions for moving companies and movers in the USA. An easy way to organize all your brokers and connections with other companies in one application. The application provides flexible access to the automation of Moving Estimates from brokers that come to the company's email and are automatically entered into the system according to certain criteria (moving time, moving window, size, price, etc.). To the entered estimate with the filled in data, you can add separate contracts, the person responsible for this work, and other additional parameters, and information about this work (Job). A unique combination of Truck Post (information about the location of the vehicle on the road), contracts and moving companies with operators, notifications to the channel and messengers. This allows you to create an end-to-end workspace with all the capabilities of the moving and transportation process.

The module contains various columns of information about each job, such as job number, date of move, departure and destination cities, postal codes, estimated weight, mileage, and price for transportation.

Rows and columns intersect to form cells that contain data that was taken from the open data of the All-PICKUPS URL List Collector module. As a rule, columns and rows are filtered, which allows you to change their display according to the specified conditions of the User Filter. Such a filtering system allows users to easily refer to a specific job in the table by specifying its number, e.g. Job No, or other string parameters according to the filtering conditions.

To use the spreadsheet module, users can first scroll through the list of jobs to find the one they are interested in. Alternatively, they can use the filtering and search functions to narrow the list to jobs that meet their specific criteria. To filter the data, the user can click on the "Get Data" button at the top of the module and select the necessary filters. To search for a specific job, the user can enter a keyword or phrase in the search field at the top of the module. The module will then display only those jobs that contain this keyword or phrase in any of the columns.

Once a user has found a job they are interested in, they can click on the job number to view more information about it and check if it is still available for booking. They can also add the task to their calendar, send a booking notification via SMS or email, or mark the task as completed.
